Prendre un dumbbell ou kettlebell de chaque côté du corps. Placer les pieds à la largeur des épaules. Garder le dos droit tout au long de la descente. Descendre en poussant le bassin vers l’arrière et en pliant les genoux sans que ceux-ci dépassent les orteils. Descendre jusqu’à-ce que les fémurs soient parallèles au sol puis remonter
